Hello folks
These past weeks were very hectic due to rehearsals and gigging I had with my band Rooftop. We did a good show in Gozo on the 23rd of May. Now we’re preparing new material for some other gigs later this month. I used the Music Man live for the first time and it is an incredible axe!! Super tone and flexibility…
Me and Simon are working hard to finish the instrumental stuff for my record. Had an old ballad that was thinking of scrapping but he added some keys and some drum stuff apart from bass and man it came aliveJ I’m very fond of tune now..hehe..I’m writing another metal tune and today I recorded a new idea for a ballad. Sim has a funk/rock tune which we’ll be working on soon. Yes stuff is moving on well now. Thank God for Simon! Got news from John Cuniberti that the level of tone/mix of the material is ready for mastering so now we’re kind of at peace that we’re doing a cool job with the knobs!
Started teaching again this week. I had some time off due to the many things I needed to take care of. Matt is looking into the photo shoot I took with new axe and maybe new photos will be up while you’re reading this. Can’t really survive without him!
